"I'm sorry, baby, I had to crash that Honda"

Actually, Bruce Willis wrecked his girlfriend's car on purpose in "Pulp Fiction." Mine was the result of latest in a series of rear-endings I've had lately. Initially, props are in order:

New Castle Police Department. Not mentioning any names, but the officers showed up promptly, with enough back-up to take care of all parties innvolved. Efficient, curteous and professional. (Although, almost a week after the accident, I still couldn't get a copy of the police report)

Geico. So far, so good. I was able to get a hold of a customer service immediately and they arranged the tow and the rental instamatically. Not the grim scenario painted by my former Erie agent when I split with them (Have not heard from the adjuster yet, but in fairness, the accident happened a day before New Year's Eve and the weather's been pretty nasty. I won't be as understanding if I don't hear from Joe by Friday.)

Schaeffer's Auto Service, New Castle. Travis and his son took excellent care of me and corpse of my Accord.
